How to get your order and what to do if something isn't right.
In-Store Pickup
The fastest way to get your order is to stop by the shop. Browse our full menu online, and our team will be ready to help you when you arrive. We're open 9 AM – 9 PM every day, with extended hours until 10 PM Thursday through Saturday.
Online Ordering
You can browse our live inventory and reserve products through our online menu. Order availability is updated in real time as products come in and out of stock.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to BC cannabis regulations, we cannot accept returns on cannabis products once they leave the store. If you receive a defective product or an order error, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Accessories
Accessories (papers, grinders, lighters, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging. Bring your receipt to the store.
